Atlanta Falcons QB Shares Brain Exercise Secrets

This week during a press conference for Sunday's Super Bowl, Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan said that he uses a TV-size device called NeuroTracker to help him sharpen his cognitive skills. Ryan, who has often said that his most important muscle is his brain, puts on a pair of 3D glasses three times a week and attempts to follow eight yellow circles that move quickly across a screen. As he tries to keep tabs on the spheres, NeuroTracker also requires Ryan to simultaneously concentrate on a green dot in the middle of the screen with the overall goal of improved peripheral vision.
